Return Policy | Easy Returns & Refunds

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of payment. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

• If the return is due to the customer (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will depend on the shipping carrier chosen.
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
