Return & Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. However, please review our return and refund conditions in advance.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns are only possible if the item is defective or the wrong product/color was delivered.

  • Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with original packaging and tags.

  • Returns for personal reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “it doesn’t fit my items”) are not allowed.

Replacement Instead of Refund

  • Our preferred solution for defective or incorrectly delivered items is to provide a free replacement.

  • A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds

  • If a refund is necessary, it will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours after placing the order.

Special Promotions (“Buy 2, Get 1 Free”)

  • Free promotional items can only be exchanged, but not refunded.

  • If a paid item from such a promotion is returned due to a defect or incorrect delivery, the free item must also be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@noirvere.com

  2. Include clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will provide a solution as quickly as possible, usually by offering a free replacement.
