I haven't received an order confirmation?

After you place an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received it within an hour after placing your order, it could be for the following reasons: Did the email land in your SPAM folder? Was the wrong email address entered? If neither of these cases applies, please contact our support at contact@noirvere.com , as it’s possible that the order was not completed successfully.
