your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

- The items must be unused and in perfect condition
- The original packaging must be undamaged
- All labels must still be present
- The return must be made within 14 days
refund
- The refund will be made to the original means of payment
- The full purchase price will be refunded (excluding the original shipping costs)
- The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return
- We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods back
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). The return shipment will be sent to our returns warehouse in America. The customer will bear the costs of return shipping. If you do not agree with this, please contact us.
Important instructions
- The costs for return are borne by the customer
- Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering
- For promotions such as "Buy 2, get 1 free" special conditions apply:
- Free items can only be exchanged, not refunded
- When returning a paid item, the free item must also be returned
Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item:

- Attach photos of the damage
- We will try to find a solution as soon as possible
